Hi,
Does anybody know what's the minimal/recommended CRM 4.0 web client system configuration e.g. CPU, RAM, etc. My user experience slowness when access CRM web pages via IE browser on a client machine with 512MB RAM. Does CRM web client consume more memory comparing with accessing other web sites via IE. what could likely be the cause, network, server, or the client configuration.

Hi Sheila, the minimum system requirements are pretty well documented in the Implementation Guide and other places, like this: http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/crm/product/systemrequirements.mspx
I've found that IE does consume a lot of memory running CRM, 250MB is not uncommon. (But then, I am sometimes accessing 50 different CRM systems at a time!).
