variable number of Headlines based on user

Hello together
I want to display in the headline the customers created by the current User in the last 30 days. Each customer should have its own Number of headlines.
Is this possible?

    Latest version of the code is here: github.com/.../Headlines

    It used to have user based configuration for set messages. That’s since been removed. There are event subscribers available so in theory it could be achieved
