Dynamics SL Database Maintenance - Update Views running for a v long time

I am trying to create test instance from backup of live db.

The update views for sys db ran pretty quick, but app db, it has been running for almost 4 hrs.

Is it normal?

    Do you just have one App DB?  How large is it?
