PSTL InValid Version error

We have a clean installation of GP2015 - no old code ever installed - no old database ever on the SQL Server

From the MDGP2015_RTM_DVD_ENUS folder we have installed and not patched GP2015

We have all running and good in the Fabrikam company

When we attempt to start up for testing the PSTL we get the following message.

Any suggestions?

    This was reported as a known issue by the support team. 

    Mahmood has clearly explained in detail with screenshots.

    Shan / Mahmoud - thanks for a solid solution to this.  I thought I missed something in the installation.

    All is as it should be now.
