Hi there. Hoping someone can help. 

I've been trying to get a live demo as advertised on the website for over a month now. Everytime I call or do the online chat the people at Microsoft tell me someone will reach out to me or it has been escalated but still no luck. Can someone help me please.

    I'm not sure where you are requesting a demo, but you can search HERE for a local Microsoft partner. I'd be surprised if they take too long to get back to you.

    Thank you but they will charge for this correct? I just want a demo to decide which option I need to purchase. Then I will hire a partner to make the necessary modifications, etc. Thank you.

    what solution are we talking about?

    If it's about Dynamics CRM you can create trial environments and apply the sample data.

    You can use the trial and you can use this procedure:

     1 - CRM Administrator goes to Settings

    2 - Under Settings look to the System Menu

    3 - Select Data Management

    4 - Select Sample Data
