Hello Community,
i use the e-mail form from microsoft crm.
Now i want to paste my clipboard screenshot. The screenshot (Print-Button) can not be inserted (paste function not available). I can paste the screenshot to a word file but not to my e-mail form.
How can i insert a screenshot in the e-mail form.

I ran into that issue as well - I actually had to paste my shot 3 times - first two appeared to paste a blank; but actually worked on the third attempt. Also, snip-it tool seems to work much better and converts much easier.
