Regarding report in production

Hello All,

 

In production I am getting two issues which are as follows:

1. Manual reports are not getting generated.

2. Lead is not getting created for some product for non-existing customer.

    Can you provide any detail?  Are these from automated processes?  Why would Leads be generated for products?  Who is having issues with the reports?
