Anyone ever see this before ? Neither of the items has (or ever had) a discounting scheme. Our cashiers do not have authority to perform discounting. Don't see anything in the applicable columns in the Item or Quantity Discount tables either. Showed this to our MS partner - they are stumped for now. Thankfully it doesn't happen for every item - haven't been able to discern a pattern of a relationship between the items it does happen to.

I have seen a similar issue with one of my customers.
The item was set so that the cashier would have to enter the price at the POS. The would not do it when prompted but then do it later. This caused the POS so view the price as changed and therefor discounted.
Does it happen every time this item is rung up?
Check Item Properties for those items under Pricing, Discount, and Options tabs. Is there a commonality there?
Are you using ABC pricing by customer account?
Do you have a customized receipt template?
Sorry - the paste of the items in question doesn't show up.
In essence, certain items are showing a discount of 0.00 on the Journal when no discount assigned to the item.
Looks something like this:
9999999999 ItemDescription 1.00
Discount (0.00)
