I have a one month length free subscription to microsoft dynamics crm in this link:

I would like to learn something about this crm starting from scratch and using that environment to test.

Do you know some free tutorials or also some suggestions to help me learning something more about  that crm?

    Virtual Academy and Youtube has good tutorials which can help you to understand basic details about CRM.

    You can also look for https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/dynamics365/get-started/training/index

    You can also look for online book: https://crmbook.powerobjects.com/
