Attaching the attachment to email workflow

My objective is to attach the note attachment to an email alert generated from a workflow.

I'm using the custom workflow msdyntools to attach the note attachment to the email. I have a Create Email step, then the custom "Entity Attachment to Email" step, then Send Email: Use Template. I am confused on how to Send the email I created from the Create Email step. It seems I am forced to use a template. When I try selecting a template and running this workflow, I get this error: Template type is incorrect for given objectType 4202 != 112 template.templatetypecode

    Hi,

    The Send Email out of box step doesn't allow you to send the existing email. However as you are already using Workflow tools, you can use another activity to send the previously created email. You need to set the email under the properties (same as mentioned in the below document) but you will find it under the process with the name as your step  name (which you have to update as you on the screenshot, you haven't provided any description for Create Email step).
