Hi,

I am trying to send the quick campaign emails.  this works when I give the System admin role and send the emails through Quick campaign advanced Find.

But When I change my role to the normal user, I can send the direct emails from CRM but not the Quick campaign emails.

Please et me know what privileges should be given inorder to send the Quick campaign emails from CRM

Thanks!

    Hi,

Check if you have "Create Quick Campaign" permission selected under Marketing tab.

Hi Ravi, this permission is already selected. I am able to create the quick campaign from the advanced find but emails are not going out through the campaign using the normal user role

Give organisation level privilege to activity and quick campaign.

    Hi

Did you find a solution for this?

We have the same issue. The user has access to quick campaigns but not in the advanced find. if we give system admin the user gets access to the button in advanced find.

The user has security role for quick campaign and activites

EDIT: the user has the quick campaign button in advanced find on contacts, but not on accounts?

    Hi

This normally happens if the user only has  User Level Create permission.

Make sure the user has Org or BU level Create permission for activity.  When the distribution is done, the activity is created with different owners, not just the current user.  For the user to be able to create record with other users as owners, they will have to have Org or BU level create permission.

    Hi and thanks for answer

I tried to set activities to org but it did not seem to help...

The button is present in advanced find in contacts but not accounts

    Any other idea?

    Thanks

    Hi ,

I am not sure how you have created security role , but would suggest to create security role newly copying from OOB security role and assign to the user.

I tried to set everything on activity and account on organization but still no luck..

Anything else that can cause this?
