Is there a way to search by dollar amount instead of date.  Sometimes the date is not correct and we have to scroll through for a dollar amount.

    Hi Larry,

There is no method from the standard enquiry screen. However, using Smartlists on Bank Transactions you can use the search button.

    Hi Larry,

Are you licensed for Smartlist Builder? I believe you could use it to create a custom go to to accomplish what you are looking for.

The standard Bank Transaction smartlist go to is working fine for bank deposit inquiry. If you double click any bank deposit then it will go to the inquiry window without any problem.

Can you double check this again? or kindly attach the screen shot of your smartlist and go to inquiry window which was popup on yours?

    Hope this helps!!!

She wants to look up by the deposit/checkbook amount and then be able to check it off in this window.

I created a custom go to but I can't map the receipt Amount to the checkbook amount.  If I could I wouldn't have to scroll through to find that amount.

    Larry,

I think you need to define the link based on the document number. I have never made a go to for this situation and am not 100% sure it is possible but this is where I would start.

    Regards,

    Kirk
