Issue to assign serial number in a Sales Order through Shopify Connector

Hi Community,
 
I have this issue when I create the sales order through the Shopify connector, specifically when the item Requires serial No. the Serial No list appears empty.
Suppose I go to  and select serial No. List, the list is showing empty:
 
But, if I click on item No,  and select the same item again, the serial No appears, the problem is that reset my tax and total amount causing my process to break.

If you know how I can fix it, I would appreciate it.
