Hi Community,
I have this issue when I create the sales order through the Shopify connector, specifically when the item Requires serial No. the Serial No list appears empty.
Suppose I go to
and select serial No. List, the list is showing empty:
But, if I click on item No, and select the same item again, the serial No appears, the problem is that reset my tax and total amount causing my process to break.
