Power Automate Document Approval without BC license

Hi All

Is there a way to configure Power Automate for document approval so the approver gets an email, and can approve from the email - but the approver does not have a Business Central license. Basically, is office 365/power automate license enough to just approve a document?

The account used to authenticate BC must have a license. The approvals flow uses is using the 365 license. In BC the approval looks like it was done by the account which authenticates BC. At this point I don’t believe cancellations of approvals in BC work.
