Hi all,

We have a requirement like..we have 2entities "a" and "b" and having relationship 1(a) to n(b)..in "b" entity there is a lookup of "a" and "a" entity records having multiple tasks for each record. Now i have to retrieve all the open tasks related to the lookup selected in entity "b" and have to create tasks in the entity "b" for that particular record of "b".What is the best approach to achive this?can i do retrievemultiple and executemultiplerequest in plugin? Please suggest me the best approach.

Thanks in advance!

    Hi Sanjay ,

For me I would suggest to use executemultiplerequest  , as you may have multiple tasks and you also need to create task in entity "b".

I assume that you would not have more than 5000 tasks. So, you can use a retrievemultiple to get the related entity tasks & use an executemultiplerequest for the creation of the tasks.

Even if there are more than 5000 results to return you can use paging to retrieve all.
