Please your kind suggestions over the following issue:
In a client of 150 users, suddenly after clicking on "Resolve" button in Case Screen, all the data on the screen disappears.
--This incident has been happening for almost a week.
--The client has kept its operation for more than 2 months.
--The issue is not constant. Aprox. 10 times a day per user, in the "Case" screen.
--The problem takes place after installing "Symantec Data Lost Prevention versión 14.5.01"

I uninstalled the Tool Symantec in every server, now it is working fine.

As for me the easiest way out is to remove reason - uninstall "Symantec Data Lost Prevention" tool.
