Hi,
I have Management Reporter 2.0.1700.31 installed for a client who is running GP2013. When I try to create a new company, I receive the "Invalid version of the GP or invalid database" once I click on the Next button after selecting the DYNAMICS database. How can this be corrected ?

I have the same issue, we have GP2013 and MR version 2.0.1700.66 . due to some reason we have to reinstall OS of servers. after reinstall, GP 2013 running fine, but MR is not configuring with GP. when I open Modify from companies window of MR, and go to company wizard, and give connection of SQL Server, it picked the DYNAMICS database but gives an error that " TBD (invalid version of the GP or invalid database)".
please someone help to get rid from this error...
We are having the exact same issue! (same versions of both) Did you ever get this resolved? Help! :-)
