CRM Online trial usage after 30 days expire

Hello all,

A collegue from work has installed CRM online trial version that expired 2 days ago. On Office 365 account he was notified that in next 28 days the trial will be disabled.

He can still access his CRM trial online and create records. If he continues using the application before it will be disabled, does he have to pay for using the application?

He does not have to pay  anything for using system after 30 days but system will go into restricted mode after 30 days and after 90 days system will be disabled then deleted.
