Does Security Not Affect the Role?

Hi:

One user has the Permission Set called "D365 BANKING", which should allow for viewing the Bank Account Ledger Entries window.

But, she can only see this window if she is logged in with the Business Manager role. 

If she is logged in with the Accountant role, she cannot see it.

If she has security to this window, how and why does her role affect this access?

    Presumably the permission set is derived from a user group. If this is the case you can bind a profile to that. Remove this and have them try again?B0245C25_2D00_039B_2D00_44AC_2D00_BF3E_2D00_EA28BCA9BEBD.jpeg

    Hi, Each role has a different actions in the Role Center. Can you try to search for it if you can't see it? If it cannot be opened, or it prompts that the permissions are insufficient, you can delete its permissions and assign it again.
