 All Hi

I am in the process of setting up recurring purchase lines.  I created a test item and a test supplier.  I also assigned the recurring purchase line with a supplier.

When i access the Purchase order screen and selected the supplier i got the below two notifications

The first notification I am ok with but I`m totally lost as to what the second notification is.

    Hi,

Default dimension priority works like this -

    1. If Vendor have default dimension set for Dim Code - D101, Dim Value - 001
    2. If Item have default set for Dim Code - D101, Dim Value - 002

Then if priority 1 for Vendor, then document will get dim value 001 and otherwise it will get value 002.

Hi thanks for your prompt reply.

From a quick search that I did LSV stands for Independent Software Vendor, we are using LS retail here.  I guess that actually is an LSV.   I'll dig in a bit deeper.  not sure exactly what these default dimension priorities are doing to be complete honest.

    Hi,

Are you using any ISV? That might be causing this error.

I did setup as you provided here, and it works fine without default dimension priority.

Also test on Cronus database without ISV / Addon, it works find without Cronus Environment.

    Regards,
    Saurav Dhyani
