Sales order lines V2 entity "Unit price not reflected in Sales order lines" after Import

Hi All,

We are facing an issue related to “Sales order lines V2 entity“ data management import for a particular legal entity (D365 FO).

Issue :: Sales order lines are getting imported through data management, but unit price is not reflected in lines

               Excel add in - We tried using excel add- in and its working.

               Client confirmed there are no customizations.

Note:: We have to use Import through data management only because there are many open sales orders.

Please help if any of you have faced same issue as we are stuck with this and its critical for Go live.

Hi, If you can replicate the issue in your Dev or Test environment then try unchecking Call Validate Field for SalesPrice field in the date entity.

We have found the root cause it is a parameter setup we have to enable in Account receivables module

We don't have any integrations, however, we have found the root cause it is a parameter setup we have to enable in Account receivables module

I am also assuming we are getting the same issue because of parameter setup. So can you please advise which parameter you had enabled in Account receivable to make this functioning?

I have enabled below function:

Accounts receivable parameters>Prices>Line net Amount Calculation through integration>Calculate line net amount>Yes.

Let me know if still not working.
