Hi guys,

can anyone help me to solve this problem.

I want to create a new record in account which is created when I create a task in opportunity. When the task is open the account record is created every 5 minutes. When I close my task in opportunity the creation of account records is stopped.

first we create a task in opportunity. when we create a task, task is in open activity status. In open activity status the account is created every 5 minutes as a name of opportunity topic. when I close the task, the activity status of task is close then the account which is created in every 5 minutes is stop to create automatically..

How did you implement the issue?

    Via Workflow?

    Via Plug-In?

    Via JavaScript?

For me, it looks like there is something running in a loop and not registered properly.

    Kind regards,

    Karsten

What triggers the workflow (which entity it is registered for?)

There is nothing in that workflow that would cause the kind of 5 minutes loop you are describing. Do you have any other workflows registered on the task entity?
