Unable to get all the parameters when I run txt2al command in command prompt.

I would like to rename the file name by using a command then I used 

(--objectFileNamePettern=VEL.{name}.{id}.{type} --extensionObjectFileNamePattern=VEL.{name}.{targetid}.{targetname}.{type})

but it  is showing like you don't have the required parameters to execute.

can any one please help to resolve the problem and how to get the all the parameters.
