How can I adjust the view in chart of accounts so that it only shows me the accounts with a balance

When I open the chart of acounts I see all the accounts, also the ones I do not use and do not have a balance.

How can I change this view so that only the accounts with a balance show?

(We are new with BC, slowly getting there, but some issues I can not find a solution to)

I would create a 'saved view'. Filter your chart of accounts as you desire, open the Filter pane and use the disk icon under Views to Save your view. Now with a click of a button, you can have the filtered view anytime.
