"Print" Window Minimized for A/P Checks?

Hi:

An end user tried to print an A/P check.  But, the Print window that shows a preview of the check as well as the default printer destination did not appear.

When I logged into her batch, I was able to see the Print window and generate the check successfully.

She has more than one monitor.  In any case, could she have not seen the window due to it being minimized in the background?

If not, what would cause the Print window to not appear?

Thanks!

John

    Hi john.ellis ,

Yes as you mentioned she has two monitors it might be possible print window is hidden at background. Please ask him in Normal monitor without using Extended display or Duplicate display facitlity.

    Thanks.

    Thank you, Nitin!

Will she always have to configure her monitor settings prior to printing checks?

    Hi,

As per my understanding, this is not Application issue. Pls check with System administrator and check the printer setting in operating system.

    Still, no luck.

She has Windows 11 and recently performed a Microsoft update.

Could these two factors be at play?

    Hello,

In Windows xx you can configure primary monitor. If user is working with BC being displayed on primary monitor, the printer settings windows should be shown on primary window. You can use ALT-TAB to see if the window can be selected. Maybe there is a popup blocker preventing the windows. You can also try with other browsers or using incognito browsing to verify the behavior. \

    Hope it helps.

    Hi Marco:

Thank you, for the tip on the browser type!

I had the end user try Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome, and she was then able to print checks!
