Removing "Service" Items for Inventory Recording

Hi:

An end user says that he is not being allowed to remove items of a "Service" type from an Inventory Recording.

He says that he needs to remove such items from the Recording, because he cannot post his "Inventory Order". He says that, when he tries to post it, he gets the message "Type must be equal to 'Inventory' in Item...".

How can he remove Service items from this Recording so that he may post his "Inventory Order"?

Hi

My first suggestion is when user uses Calculate Lines then they make sure to add a filter type and filter by Inventory. This way not other parts will show up in the list.

In order to fix this my suggestion is they go to recording (from Inventory Order -> Related -> Order -> Recording) Then they need to reopen the recording. Then in the line clear all QTY and then remove check mark from recorded. From here I had the following before

1) Sometimes I just needed to delete those lines.

2) Sometimes I needed to delete entire recording.

After that they can finish the recording (in case 1) then go back to Order and try.
