Geo Code doesn't work on Account/Contact entity form

Hi! I'm working with Relationship Insights preview and i need to show client's address in one scenario. But i can't catch geo code with latitude/longitude for address on Account/Contact entity form. I click on button - nothing happened. No form.

Opposite, when doing the same action in Account/Contact views - Geo Code working.

And for Field service entities - no mistakes.

Can you help me? As i remembered, previously Geo Code working on Account/Contact entity form.

I'm working with Trial instance now.
