    Hello Nikhil,

Please use the OOTB bulk update method for the same. Use export functionality from the advanced find and mark the records for re import. Change in the exported file and re-import.This will update the records for you. Please let me know if you need more details.

    Hi Nikhil,

You can use a .net console application, it will be best approach for this case. Other things that you can use are workflows and Import/export but for this large count, console will work best.

    You have multiple options:

    > Using out of the box import.

    > Using SSIS toolkit (www.concurrency.com/.../using-ssis-import-data-dynamics-crm)

    > Using Scribe  (www.powerobjects.com/.../performing-bulk-operations-scribe-insight-adapter-dynamics-crm-2011)

    > Using Configuration Migration comes with SDK

    > Developing custom .net utility
