Multiple Keywords in one record for data capture and reporting

Hello,

I am trying to use multiple keywords in one quote send record. This is for an advanced find "Look For" capture of all quote sends where only one key words or multiple key words are trying to be captured in the data. How are the keywords correctly input to capture one or all? EX:

Look For:

Owner // contains data

Keyword = "TRD"

Keyword = "DIS"

Would the keywords in the record be input as > TRD;DIS

    Hi Duel,

    If there are fixed number of key words then its good to use "Multi select Optionset" in place of strings. so that users will pick the key words from the list and also easy maintenance to admin as it will save in TRD;DIS format.

    hi,

    if keyword input as TRD;DIS;.. then use search filter as

    Keyword contains TRD, instead of keyword = TRD

    So that you will get all records who has TRD and then add Or condition for multiple keywords.
