when I print the word template for invoice, I do not want to show the symbol of currency. How can I invisible the symbol?

as far as I know it is not possible directly.
As a workaround you can try to create a calculated field of type decimal and assign it the value of the currency field
Agree with the above suggestion, there doesn't seem to be any supported way to achieve this unless you copy the value to another decimal field and display that decimal field on the form.
