Flexible Billings/Invoice Print error Function sequence error

Printing Project Invoice (Flexible Billing) is giving an error Function sequence error. I verified the database within the Crystal report and even used the out of the box BI010, so basically ruled out that the Crystal report had the problem.

I found and followed the Community reported problem (http://community.dynamics.com/sl/f/35/t/68096) without success. I did move all the pjinvtxt rows to a backup table and the invoices print (although without any rows of course) without any rows in the pjinvtxt table. Putting the rows back in caused the invoice print to error out again.

Any ideas?

I am getting the same thing with nothing working from the community reported problem. Did you ever figure out this issue?
