536I have a bank account where I successfully linked online to login with username and password. But when I go to the payment reconciliation journal, I try to click import bank transaction, and receive the following error:
No bank transactions were imported. For example, because the transactions were imported in other bank account reconciliations, or because they are already applied to bank account ledger entries. You can view the applied transactions on the Bank Account Statement List page and on the Posted Payment Reconciliations page.
I have other linked bank accounts in the same company and they do not produce an error, and are able to use payment reconciliation journal fine. This is a multi-entity environment, up to date for that extension as well as the environment, v27.5. I have also tried to unlink, then link again, then import, and get the same error. I have not been ever able to import any transactions for this bank account yet. Any suggestions to resolve this?
