I am not sure if my question was previously asked and if there was a reply, I couldn't find. If there is, apologies for re-posting.

Is GP system password can be set different for each company? My understanding is "system password" is a core account/password like "SA" account for all companies running on the GP environment.

The GP system password is kept in the DYNAMICS database and therefore is the same for all companies.
