How to setup the Business Analyzer App for GP

Hi all,

So i'm trying to setup the Business Analyzer app for GP. It asks for my username, pass and service connection - where can i find this last piece? Also, different topic - but does anyone know how to get Management Reporter Reports to show up inside GP?

Babu, do you have to be in cloud to use this correctly? We're on-premise. Does Azure have to be used?

Also, I just went through the MR process mentioned in the article and I'm still not seeing MR appear in GP - unless i'm blind! Here's some screenshots.

Under company setup, I already have enable GL reporting. The second option is grayed out- so i'm wondering if I missed something.

Here, I've got Report Designers location added. I don't have MR service filled out - should it be? If so, what would go here?

I'm full of questions! Thanks for your continued help. I appreciate the GP community.

In the Management Reporter Services field just enter the connection information for your Management Reporter server as like below.

http://mrserver:4712

Note: You can find out this connection information in your designer(Tools-->Connection).

I added the MR Service url, which is working properly when i go to the site. However, now when i press "deploy reports" it says i need to pick a company first - where do i pick the company? Also in the same reporting tools setup, i would like to bring our CRM reports under reporting services, but you have to have the "CRM Service URL" as well - where can i find this?

Hi Kimberly,

Deploying reports is not MR this is Standard SSRS reports of GP which will be deployed using your native client. So you can open up these reports in web.
