Slow performanceIf it remains unresolved, it is recommended to submit an SR to Microsoft and let them assist in the investigation. This may also be a problem with the local Azure cluster.Thanks.

Slow performanceYou need a tool like SQL Mantra Tools (https://www.sqlmantratools.com/product/P014) to troubleshoot such issues. We had similar problem when we upgraded the system from older version of NAV and in the upgrade process they have dropped "spanning index" (ie index which has fields from standard Microsoft tables and our customisation and some of the slowness is due to this. It also pickup up all sorts of other issues including some missing index in standard Microsoft Code. Worth having the tool in.

Slow performanceHi All,Thanks for responses.was odd was happening for around 5 hours yesterday we are all in the same building, same network and pretty similar spec computers out of around 10 staff 7 had issues where 3 didn't at all. Standard BC fields like Item card could take up to 3 mins to open. We get there could be something in the background that might make the system slow for a short period of time but this was over a period of 5 hours and some users with no issues is more or a worry.Thanks- No we dont have telemetry- We did run a performance profiler on two pc's while it was happening and all it showed was the users with no issues time was fine the users with the issues responses took a long time even controlling the profiler.- didnt get to run the Azure Latency Test at the time of the issues will wait to see if/when it happens again.- yes looked in the admin centre and no reports of issues.

Slow performanceHI, if a business process takes longer than expected, you can try the method mentioned in the MS document regarding how to work with a performance problem:The reference MS document: How to work with a performance problem - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

Slow performanceI have also encountered that because I work remotely, I have no problem accessing the customer environment at home, but when customers access it in the company, it is slower. I think this may be caused by the other party's network. Or the selected BC region is not where the customer is located.PS: Business Central is designed for networks that have a latency of 250–300 milliseconds (ms) or less.Test the speed of Dynamics 365 Business Central from your location (Azure Latency Test)Hope this can give you some hints.Thanks.ZHU
