Hi experts!
I would like to archive Project events.
I would like to know ”one of the events mentioned earlier occurs" below beans, and how can I see archived data at this option.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

In the same Microsoft Learn link you can find that when you keep the option "Always" system will auto archive the project when user do any of the following events,

    • Change the status of a document, or delete it.
    • Print, download, or send a document by email.
    • Post an invoice.
Also, If you want to see the Archived versions of the Project, you can check it by searching for "Project Archives" in the Global Search. You can refer to below screenshot.

    Regards,
    Dhiren.

    Hello,

The "Always" option in the Archiving section means that the system will automatically archive the project without prompting you, whenever one of the predefined events occurs (such as posting or closing a project).

If you're looking to view archived data, you can typically do so by navigating to the Archived Projects page or using the Search function in the top-right corner of Business Central to look for "Archived Projects" or "Archived Documents."

For more detailed guidance, you might also want to check the official documentation on Microsoft Learn.

    I hope this helps!

    Daniele
