I'm a newbie in this forum.
I got a problem about the dynamics marketing list. When I try to export the members (any export), it occurs an error message.
With static export -> "Une erreur s'est produite quand Dynamics 365 a tenté de générer le fichier Excel. Si ce problème persiste, contactez votre administrateur système." (trans : an error occurs when Dynamics 365 tried to create the xls file. If this issue appears the next times, tell it to your system admin)
With dynamics export -> "Réessayez cette action. Si le problème persiste, reportez-vous à Communauté Microsoft Dynamics 365 pour connaître les solutions ou contactez l'administrateur Microsoft Dynamics 365 de votre organisation. Vous pouvez également contacter Support Microsoft." (trans : Try it again. If this issue appears the next times, go to the community to have an answer or contact your system admin)
Our external service provider told me he has no problem with his solution. He has the same issue with our solution.
What do I have to do?
