Extract list of people (resources) working on a job

Hi There,

Is there an out of the box report to list people (resources) that are working on the job, i.e. their id is entered on teh job planning lines.

    Hi, unfortunately, not as far as I know. A more convenient method is to filter Type = Resource in Job Planning Lines page.

    Then export to Excel, use PivotTable to list all resouces.

    Another way is to export the following report to Excel, because it has a format, so it is not very convenient to process.

    Thanks Zhu, this helps, only limiting thing is I want contact data for these resources, e.g. email, so a bulk comm can be sent out.

    Hi, You can add a Flowfield to this page to include email when exporting.

    But if there are many fields, it may be better to process them outside the system, or develop an export tool separately.
