Hello-
I am new to Great Plains and am working with the 9.0 version. I am hoping someone might help me adjust the settings so windows within Great Plains will stop automatically minimizing. For example, if I go into the SmartList and run a search, it will pull up the account transactions in the right hand pane. However, I have noticed that once I double click a single transaction, to get more details, the original pane will automatically minimize. Is there any way to stop Great Plains from doing this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Here's a way to prevent minimization of the SL window when you drill into a record - instead of expanding the SL window to full screen using the 'Maximize' button on the window, expand it by dragging and dropping the lower right corner of the window. This prevents minimization of the window.
