6.5 batch number overflow

We are using Dynamics SL 6.5

The bach number control in defined as 6 digits, and we have reached the limit number 999999,The system is not processing any more transactions.  Is there any way to increase the batch number to 8 digits????

    Dear Jorge,

    yes Using Customization Manager,  you can change the batch number field to accomodate 8 characters, I think up to 10.  I changed the Batch number field  (mask) on the Voucher and Adjustment Entry screen, and I also had to change it on the apsetup screen. Last Batch number before was 000143. I increased the mask on the field to 99999999

    and reset my last batch number to 0000143, I created a voucher and it generated number 0000144
