Field Service mobile health inspection

I have the requirement that a field agent will have to answer some questions when he starts the day.

what is the best way to do it taking into consideration that the questions should be dynamic and they should include branching.

any advise?

    I can think of two ways:

    1. Create your own entity which holds these questions and then provide form rules on the mobile device to hide and show fields depending on the previous answer.

    2. You could use Inspections? www.resco.net/inspections-in-dynamics I haven't personally got these working myself but maybe you could give it a go.

    Hello Thomas,

    I appreciate your help with all the field service questions.

    if I go with option 1 then it will not be dynamics and the business people will have to contact the it every time they want to make simple changes to the question

    for the second option, I already talked to resco regarding the inspection feature there's an additional cost that I can't add on the project :)

    Do yo think this can be done with offline html ?

    This can definitely be done with offline HTML! But I suppose you would still need to create the fields in CRM for the HTML to interact with.
