Safari problem

Hi all,

Recently we have a problem with Safari to access our CRM online 2013. It says Error, an error has occurred. So it can not open the first page of CRM.

Any ideas? It is safari 6.1.1 on Iod 10.7.5.

Thanks,

Cindy

Per the 2013 Implementation Guide - Safari support is

Apple Safari (latest publicly released version) running on 10.8 (Mountain Lion)

So it looks like you might need to get to a higher version.

We have another client with issues on Dashboards that he can reproduce in Safari 6.1.0 (Mountain Lion) and 7.0 (Mavericks).  For all intents and purposes, these are the "latest" versions for these OS X editions--and that's probably where the problem is.  I think Microsoft may have put their feet mouth-side by using the arbitrary "latest version" declaration.  The problems my client can produce disappear with Safari 6.0.5.  If you can revert to that version, you may find relief until an update brings Dynamics CRM fully compatible with the true "latest versions" of Safari.

    Thanks for all the replies.

We had the transition on Monday to the new CRM online 2013 billing and admin portal, with the new login name sth like: xxxx@yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com then it worked well. The safari does not work with the old windows live login.

    Thanks again,

    Cindy
