Purchase Order List Report with Created By (User who created the PO?)

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by

Hi All,

It is very strange that the Purchase Order List report at HQ and Store Operation Manager don't display PO Created By (Which User created the PO?) If we want to see which user has created the PO, then how do we see these details?

Can some one help on the same.

What I am looking at is report must contain, PO# | PO Date | Supplier | Status | PO Created By | Qty. Ord. | Qty. Rcv. | Sub-Total | Tax | Total

    I recommend that you contact your Microsoft partner directly to see if they can create this custom report for you or open a service request with Microsoft to see what can be done with respect to this customization. You may also look on Customer Source to see if a custom PO report is available in the custom reports library with "Created by" that you can download.  That would be my recommendation.

    Hello Upendra,

    RMS does not track this information in the database, so reporting on this information is not possible.

    There may be a 3rd party add-in that can provide you with this functionality, however it is not possible with the base RMS program.

    Thank you,

    I do create custom reports :)

    btw, open the po report and include this column to show the requisitioner

    Begin Column

      FieldName = "Requisitioner"

      DrillDownFieldName = ""

      DrillDownReportName = ""

      Title = "PO Created By"

      VBDataType = vbString

      Formula = ""

      ColHidden = False

      ColNotDisplayable = False

      FilterDisabled = False

      ColWidth = 1020

      GroupMethod = groupmethodNone

      ColFormat = ""

    End Column

    Hi Archelle,

    Thank you for the update. When I checked the database the "Requisitioner" field is empty.

    Thanks in advance.

    We also use that field to put name on POs or ITO/ITI.
