I am trying to access our FRX desktop and I get this error.
Run time error ' 429'
ActiveX component can't create object
This works on some computers but not others. Why would this be and how do I fix it??

The first thing to do is to verify the FRx client has been installed. Do you have FRx programs available in your window's start programs? If you look in Control Panel, Programs and Features is FRx listed? If not, then the client install needs to be run. If they are, you might need to run the frxreg67.cmd file located in the FRx67 install folder.
