Upgradation of Service Pack 3 for Version 10.0

Hi

My client is running Great Plains Version 10.0. we are planning to put the service pack 3 (latest release) so that they can start using the advantages of that.

Can anyone tell me whether we will face any issues (Technically) and what are the precautions we need to adhere before doing it?

Has anyone seen great advantages after implementing the service pack 3?

If I remember correctly there was an issue with SP 3 that woudl corrupt the modified forms/reports dictionaries. I would make sure you export all of your modifications and backup the *.DIC files before proceeding.

we put SP 3 in place over the weekend an yes we had the issue with the modified forms / reports.  Almost every GP window had its security turned off for the default user. So we were getting dictionary errors everytime we tried to post something and not priveledged to open this form errors when we tried to open windows.

Is there a solution to this bug in SP3?
