Can you track all new Outlook contacts automatically in CRM without using the TRACK button?

I have a client that would like for all contacts entered in Outlook as an Outlook contact to flow to CRM 2013/2015 without using the TRACK button. The issue with the TRACK button is that it is not available on mobile devices and the end users often forget to use it. The client is using the Outlook CRM Add-In and on-premise CRM 2013/2015.

Any ideas how to circumvent the TRACK button and track all new Outlook contacts automatically?

Thank you...

Tracking contacts in CRM for Outlook is a manual process. This gives you the ability to keep your personal contacts separate from your CRM contacts. Synchronization of contacts from CRM to CRM for Outlook is automatic, however. Any contacts that you own in CRM will automatically be available in CRM for Outlook. If you sync Outlook on your mobile device, you can also access your CRM contact records on that device.

Thank you for the reply.  I have demoed the features found in your links already, but the client still believes that their end users will not use the TRACK button and the Outlook contacts will not get synched back to CRM.  Any other thoughts?

This is as per design., Not sure if there are any add-ons that help you do this.

Try to make them understand that having an automatic sync would mean getting all personal contacts also into CRM which would not be desirable. As part of the User training ensure that users are trained on tracking multiple contacts at a time and also the import option.
