When I write an email message from crm In the email entity.
I write the Email address in the field to.
The CRM told me that it has found 2 contact.
The problem is that these 2 contact does not have the address mail I give. I checked on the Lead,Account, Case,QueueItem,User, if this email address was use somewhere in the crm but it's not the case.
some email message was existing with this email address not resolved (then we see clearly the email address in the field TO) and linked to these 2 contact.
Then I decided to delete all email record linked to these people.
and even after that the CRM propose me to resolve the email address against these 2 contacts
do you have an idea why ?
