Report for D365 Operations - Order Lines add on usage

hello,

What is the best way to pull a order lines transaction volume report? I see that there are several types in the license guide shown below. I want to verify the amount of 100K order lines add on licenses being purchased is correct or if the amount being purchasing should be adjusted. What is the best way to evaluate this?
