Delete draft Expense Report of other user by Admin rights

Hi Experts,

I am wondering if Admin can have any rights or methods to delete the draft and trash Expense Reports made by another users in Dynamics 365 FnO ERP or not. Please advise to me further.

- ERP System: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

- Version: 10.0.43 (10.0.2177.37)

Delete draft Expense Report of other user by Admin rights

Hi,

You can delete the expenses report from the page "All expense report". Select the expenses report with draft status and press Alt+F9, it will delete the expenses report. I have done this on my trial environment and it is working fine.

Navigation: Expense management

> Process expense reports >

All expense reports

Delete draft Expense Report of other user by Admin rights

Hi DL-25030257-0,

You can select the expense report and click Alt+Delete. Just make sure to delete the expense lines first.
After setting up the delegates and bringing back the expense reports to draft, remove the expense lines from the report, then go to My expenses > Expense, and select from the top bar Open other user's expenses to delete the expense lines. Then, after deleting the expense lines, go back the reports and delete them.

Hi Experts,

I am so thankful for your kind advices.

In fact, I have already set up Delegates for me to manage Expense Reports made by other users. However, the button [Delete] still be greyed out. Details is as below picture. I am the Admin, and Ly Thanh Long is the user who made the expense Reports, now on the Expense Reports #EXP011283 [Draft], I still cannot delete it.

Please enlighten me further.

You can configure an expense delegate who can manage expense reports on behalf of another user. This setup is done in the Expense Management module under "Delegates"
