salesorder submit OR salesorderclose? Which do you choose for your plugin to listen for?

I've switched the flag over to integrated CRM -- I now have a Submit button on my order form.  On submit I will be sending the order into an accounting system integration via plugin listening for status change.  Or should I?  Any one want to speak in favor of listening for salesorderclose create?

Please make your case for either.

    Hi,

In Dynamics 365, you can write a plugin on an update of statuscode field as it will capture the status change due to "Submit" button click.
Please refer to below link, which has reference code to close Sales Order using FulfillSalesOrderRequest.
